A few nights ago I told my grandmother about a man I keep seeing in my dreams. He’s never doing anything, just standing in the background, watching. She went to her cabinet and pulled out an old photograph. It was the same face.

She told me that my great great grandmother had once been married to a scientist named Adrian Navia in the early 1900s. He was known in the family for his strange obsession with dreams he believed people could carry parts of themselves into other people’s sleep. After he died in 1932, everyone said the dreams stopped. Why am I seeing him now??

Spooky! My grandmother visited me a few times in my dreams. The night after she passed and then twice again last year. She couldn’t speak but someone said my aunts name and when I woke up I told my dad about it. Fast forward 5 months later and she visits me again this time wearing a Cinderella type dress, even though I knew who she was I said “don’t do anything scary please 😅” she laughed and hugged me and a few weeks later my aunt passed away.

If you are lucid enough to “speak” in your dreams you can let him know you’re a bit scared of his visits and ask him to stop. Can’t hurt right?

Work on acheiving lucidity in your dreams. Journal everything. You can build your awareness in your dream state, overcome your fear and ask the aquatics you need.

    Whether you get an answer…
