🟠 Below is the TL;DR of each of above person's provided documents ( available in above link ).
🟠 These are just from the docs, not the live event.
1. Joe Spielberger
Joe Spielberger argued that whistleblowers are vital to exposing corruption and protecting democracy but face retaliation that destroys careers and deters others from speaking up. National security whistleblowers are especially vulnerable because current laws don’t protect them properly, often forcing them to report through the same agencies they accuse. He urged Congress to create independent protections, allow whistleblowers to go to court, close loopholes for contractors, and strengthen watchdog offices so truth-tellers can come forward safely.
2. Dylan Borland
Dylan Borland, an Air Force veteran and intelligence analyst, testified that he personally saw a massive triangular craft in 2012 and later learned of secret crash retrieval programs. After reporting what he knew, he endured years of retaliation, blacklisting, and harassment from government agencies, leaving him without a career. He believes UAP technology has the potential to decide humanity’s future but that secrecy and intimidation are destroying lives. He urged Congress to take urgent action to bring transparency and accountability.
3. George Knapp
Journalist George Knapp explained that decades of government documents prove officials secretly admitted UFOs are real while lying to the public. His reporting uncovered evidence of U.S. crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs, supported by multiple sources and even senior lawmakers like Harry Reid and Barry Goldwater. He also presented evidence that Russia conducted its own massive UFO study program, which included dangerous encounters with nuclear weapons. Knapp concluded that both the U.S. and Russia have long studied UFOs in secret while misleading their citizens.
4. Alexandro Wiggins
Navy Senior Chief Alexandro Wiggins described a 2023 incident aboard USS Jackson when he and ship sensors observed a “Tic Tac”-shaped craft rise from the ocean, join three others, and all four suddenly vanish together without sound or visible propulsion. Radar and infrared sensors confirmed the event, and video was recorded. He later spoke publicly to ensure the encounter was documented and to encourage other service members to report sightings without stigma, emphasizing the need for systematic and transparent study of UAPs.
5. Jeffrey Nuccetelli
Jeffrey Nuccetelli, a former Air Force police officer, recounted multiple UAP encounters at Vandenberg Air Force Base between 2003–2005, including a glowing red square, a football-field-sized craft, a triangular craft, and a huge orb that he personally witnessed. These incidents occurred near missile defense facilities, were reported up the chain, but no clear response ever came back. Some witnesses were threatened into silence. He urged Congress to fund independent research, reduce secrecy, and protect witnesses, stressing that studying UAPs could lead to transformative discoveries for humanity.
