I found this video in a UFO archive, but it had no sound or source. This is 1 year before the 2004 TIC TAC case. But instead of a white Tic Tac, this is black.
If anyone knows more about it, please share it down below.
It does look similar to the Lockheed "multiple kill vehicles", but this looks more advanced, and the multiple kill vehicle was not designed as a craft.

What is the UFO archive this was found in? Otherwise it’s a random video with no sound uploaded today
Interesting, to say the least, and some sort of propulsion seem to be visible.
The device shown in the other YouTube link is apparently from 1989, and they most likely have not rested on their laurels since.
More context is needed though, but thanks for sharing.
