In this video this dude says that he read an old testament bible passage in Hebrew which gave him the capabilities to summon orbs and sphere UAP at will. To the astonishment of the reporter, sure enough, one appears.

I've been looking in to summoning these things and I have also found that there are devices out there which can help you supposedly generate a close encounter.

Its a scam, the video you showed of them “in use” doesn’t help their case and doesn’t provide any explanation of how they actually work
