Rafael Pacheco Perez – Mexican Pilot 1976

The name of the first pilot is named Carlos Antonio De Los Santos.

In 1976, the apprentice pilot was flying over Mexico City approximately over Lake Texcoco on a route that was supposed to take him back to where he took off, so a few hours of practice flight and he was supposed to be back. Then, air traffic contacted him. The strange thing here is that the air traffic control person that contacted him was a man named Carlos de Kretschy, who was located in Acapulco, not in Mexico City. He decided to speak to Rafael, a conversation that was partially recorded and is included in the video. Rafael was being “controlled” or possessed by another entity as he was flying the plane. This entity that was controlling Rafael, and communicating with Carlos had this message:

“He **(Rafael)** speaks because he is ordered to, that is, it is his voice, he speaks, but not of his own free will. We use it as a microphone. No matter who we are or where we come from, it is enough for you to know that we are beings **of this universe** where you belong. Our planet is many light years away, but we are physically equal, I repeat that all races in the universe are physically equal. You are not alone in the universe and there are other races that are far away from you and we are watching you.

According to Carlos, although this part isn’t in the original audio, he claims that he had asked him to answer a question which he had asked him in a different language (German was one of them), and the student pilot was able to respond in fluent German. This is because the “entity” that was controlling Pacheco said that “They” can learn human languages very quickly, much, much more quickly than a human can learn a language.

So, there you go. Interesting case for sure. Pacheco never again took to the air. He was never found to be intoxicated, according to the SCT (secretariat of Communication and Transport). Interesting for sure.
