I don’t know which direction they’re recording, but Bicol International Airport is 15km away south of Mt. Mayon. There’s a high chance it’s a plane.

That is a very bright meteor…. And very green.
If a meteor is directly above you, it’s about 100km away. Because this one is at a much lower angle than that, it is much further away. The colour is indicative of a meteor with a [significant amount of magnesium](https://www.accuweather.com/en/space-news/why-do-meteors-glow-in-vibrant-colors/433610). Also, the camera is zoomed in so the meteor looks more dramatic that it would have to the naked eye.
