We need more information. How many exposures did you take? What processing steps did you do?

If you’re looking for the truest color, look into photometric color calibration. Basically compares the color of the objects in your image with an external catalog of the ‘true’ color of the same stars, and adjust accordingly. SIRIL can do this for you, among other programs. Also, yes, it’s too red. : )
