Comet C/2025 R3 (PanSTARRS) is a rare long-period visitor from the distant **Oort Cloud**, discovered in September 2025 by the Pan-STARRS survey. As it sweeps through the inner Solar System in 2026, it has become visible in the pre-dawn sky, shining at around magnitude 4–5 under dark conditions. With its highly elongated orbit, this comet may take tens of thousands of years to return—or may never come back at all—making this a once-in-a-lifetime celestial event. Catching a glimpse of it is like witnessing a traveler from the very edge of our Solar System passing briefly by Earth.
