Upon looking at the new photos released showing the Apollo mission with lights above the lunar surface I noticed in the shadows a very large disc like object. I’ve brightened the image to make the disc more obvious.

Ehhhhhhh- I’m into these Apollo pics and think there’s some valuable stuff included, but I’m not sure what we’re looking at is a disc, or even anything anomalous. NHI reality believer but this looks like it could be a window reflection.

That’s not a disk, it’s TMA-1 returning to Jupiter space.

Guys, do you understand how large the object would have to be to appear that large and at that distance? If Apollo didn’t see it, the hundreds of telescopes looking at the moon would’ve.

Problem is we don’t even have any context for size. This could be a piece of debris close to the lens. Could be a scuff on a window.
