Imagine it’s just a drone that these users can just deploy to any type of worldly planet and they actually view through it like a microscope and that is their actual eye looking through. We end up being just the small world inside a kids bedroom somewhere

Alright I will dabble in speculation but I will apply some deduction along the way.
Imagine you are one of the OG bible writers and this thing shows up in your backyard or in the backyard of folks who described angels.
You see it has these protrusions. You see it seems to have a moving eye. You see it is circular symmetry.
If I was back in biblical times that’s how I would draw this thing out and apparently since it didn’t harm them – it must be an angel. Right?!. Remember I don’t know how flight works so surely the protrusions must be wings. I also don’t know how the digital looking center eye works and I see it moving – so I draw it out as something that moves on mechanical rings because that’s the only way I know a central eye can move around. (No concept of a screen)
I am willing to guess that if the biblical thing is right, someone during biblical times had seen this thing. And if this thing is exactly what is being described in bible (or this thing hasn’t change its design for that long – weird!?) then by deduction – this thing has been around for a while on Earth.
More weirdly, our aliens friends have not seen technological advancement for the last thousands of years. Furthermore, you can conclude that by its very nature of observing our new tools, it likes monitoring things – meaning it has curiosity about us. Now what do we know about things that are curious, they are not magic rather they are likely to be scientific in nature. Had it been magic, they would be omnipotent or omniscient. Guess what – this thing is as much governed by our laws as is anything else.
Better question is why would someone observe a drone? Curious? Scared? Learning? But one thing I would bet is definitely not the case – indifference. If I am an alien species residing on another planet where I am not the majority and I am sending crafts out there – I am not indifferent, I am probably scared or concerned at the very least about my own place in their world.

I think it’s a more advanced version of Lockheed Martins ballistic missile interceptor that was made in the 80s. Except now maybe they got the metal and engines down after 40 years of improvement.

I don’t know the origin of the video except that it’s meant to be a Ukrainian drone filming. It does not look like the typical video from a Ukrainian drone, quality wise.
I’m thinking that whatever this is, it’s a mounted camera on a craft and what we’re seeing is the back of the craft, the exhaust. The drone or aircraft is filming itself and the camera is set up in a way that it distorts the image.
I’m guessing.

Yeah, it’s definitely one of that Old Testament things. And, unlike more recent religions, it seems to have much more truth in it. Ancient religions had really something interesting, and angels usually answer to people as much as some ancient Gods.
If talking in a more scientific way, this is how creatures from 4d or 5d look like (you can find YouTube videos about this topic) and I personally also enjoy microscope’s theory.

Don’t be fooled these beings can appear however they want depending on the era and the people they are dealing with. Since we live in the space age, they mostly present themselves as spaceships. But when dealing with religious people, they can take forms that resemble biblical angels or other spiritual imagery. They adapt the appearance to whatever fits the culture and beliefs of the time. Nowadays both belief systems exist side by side, so the phenomenon appears in both forms depending on the audience.
