Advisor to Ukraine’s Minister of Defense, Serhii FLASH, posted an interesting message on his Telegram channel.
He says that back in 2023, he published footage from the front where aerial reconnaissance observed a UFO.
An hour later, he was contacted by representatives of a government structure that has been dealing with UFO-related issues in Ukraine since Soviet times.
Naturally, both Ukrainian and other militaries are interested in UFOs strictly from a military perspective. But unlike scientists who often dismiss the phenomenon as nonsense, specialized equipment provides real data that sometimes requires a response. Occasionally, this leads to very interesting research projects.
It’s also notable that the Armed Forces of Ukraine reportedly now have a dedicated and extensive document on UFOs approved by the Commander-in-Chief.

Need coordinates and heading to understand if there’s water ahead. Rule out boat on water including mirage type of effects.
I am always fascinated that when footage is extremely provocative it is likely a recording of a recording.
