Tartaria is a conspiracy theory for people who know almost nothing about basically anything. Like, it’s people seeing window wells from buildings that pre-date widespread electrification going “wtf, how did this building get buried?!” or just knowing nothing about how American westward expansion operated (yes, they built the school/courthouse/church first in Nowhere, Idaho, out of stone, because the expansion was philosophically motivated and those buildings were a show of power.)
