Catastrophic disclosure would be finding out that nuclear weapons tests in the 1940s and 50s were actually able to send concentrated energy and radiation across a dimensional boundary and killed/damaged cities or settlements of the civilization responsible for what we see as UFOs. They have since been in contact with our governments and threatened to destroy human civilization if tests continue, which was the real reason for the cessation of nuclear testing and nuclear nonproliferation. However, despite that, the governments of the world refuse to accept nuclear disarmament.
