Hello! im new to this subreddit and i saw this on twitter, i wondered if this supposed image is really on the UFO files that got released a few days back, cause i cant find if this image is real, does anyone know?

Obviously fake because the US would have no reason to release an alien from captivity. It would be kept in an underground facility to be interrogated until it dies and then it would be dissected.
