The Greenville Lady Comets varsity softball girls improved their record to 16-4 with an 11-1, seven inning win over Breese Central last Friday.
Kaitlyn Lurkins had a big game. At the plate she was four-for-four with a two-run home run. Lurkins was also the winning pitcher, striking out four batters.
Payton White, Emma Bingham and Jana Glisson had two hits apiece for the Lady Comets.
