Have been seeing these around my apartment complex, anyone have any idea on what these might be? I will include pictures of it in the comments. I've spotted several now. They either are golden and appear as if something is spinning or pulsing, this one in the video, was pulse red and blue, almost looks like an old school police siren. This one also looks like it's rotating in a stationary position. (Will include pictures of both in comments)

When you focus, the point at which the light becomes as small as possible is when it’s in focus. The larger blobs indicate out of focus. If you are looking at stars that might be changing color, that is due to atmospheric distortion that is retracting the light.

Interesting. Not sure could be anything really. Things are getting weird in the sky.
Not to be rude but be sure to clean your camera lense before filming or taking pictures so there isnt a glare from the brighter objects.
You are zooming in with a digital zoom and just blurring it. A digital zoom just enlarges the same number of pixels. You need an optical zoom.
Also clean the lens of your phone camera.
It’s exactly what you suspect it to be, you’re just not going to get much validation or belief in this particular sub especially. That’s just how it goes in this one, unfortunately.
You’re on the right track though.
