I read the whole thing. The only high strangeness I see is how incoherent and riddled with contradictions, hypocrisy, and random opinions no one asked for, the vast majority of this bad-faith pseudo-scientific pep talk is.
This is coming from the same regime that just fired the board of the National Science Foundation, btw.
The only valid point I saw was that we are indeed so limited by bureaucracy, regulations, and permitting as a country that it’s difficult to build new infrastructure or develop new technologies in some cases. This is a known issue that won’t be solved by the likes of these brain-drainers.
