EGYPT Cleopatra had Greek characteristics
The Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Archeology of Egypt dr Mustafa Waziri and the Ministry of Tourism and Monuments respond to Netflix portraying the ancient queen Cleopatra as African:
"This is a forgery and a gross historical misunderstanding
Cleopatra was fair skinned and with Greek features. Her works of art and her depictions on ancient coins are the best evidence of her real characteristics as well as of her Macedonian origin.
Cleopatra VII was descended from an ancient Macedonian dynasty that ruled Egypt for nearly 300 years.
The dynasty was founded by King Ptolemy I Macedonian general of Alexander the Great in whose possession Egypt came after Alexander's death

Cleopatra did not have Greek features,she was Greek. There is nothing alternative aboutt it,it is a historical fact. What is your point?
She was from the line of Ptolemaic pharaohs, so Greek yes.
