While researching the Philadelphia Experiment I stumbled on a 2012 documentary streaming for free on Tubi. It is also on Apple TV (links below).
I had never heard of Al Bielek (but had heard of the Montauk Project, and understand it’s been rumored as legend or conspiracy theory). In the first documentary segment, Bielek discusses a bunch of things including visits made by different alien races, pacts made by presidents, “rips” in spacetime, alternate dimensions, etc. Basically, and in a matter-of-fact way, his entire storyline aligns with many of the hints and snippets we’ve been hearing from Coulthart, DeLonge, whistleblowers Grusch & Herrera, and other key UAP players who are helping to guide the disclosure movement forward.
I’m not sure what year Bielek did this presentation, but I think it’s from the 80s. I imagine he was discredited and debunked, because of course no one would have believed him. He talks about a group called Psi Corps (this in particular is ringing a lot of bells for me since I’ve recently listened to Michael Hererra’s claims). Bielek says the Psi Corps was founded in 1940, and eventually become CIA and NSA (don’t quote me on that one as he rattled off several acronyms quickly).
Bielek discusses involvement by Roosevelt and later Eisenhower, along with a Harry Bennett who started the Psi Corps, and another individual who later led Psi Corps, Emil Kushtain. And he talks also about a “Phoenix Project” and “K Group” (I couldn’t find info on these when Googling— in fact, all the Psi Corps results revolved around a tv series called Babylon 5).
There’s not much info to be found about this 2012 documentary in terms of who produced it. It seems to be fairly obscure and off the radar, as far as documentaries go.
I’m not saying I believe all of the info presented, BUT I would suggest you watch the first part of the documentary yourself (links to it on Tubi and Apple, below) and tell me, are Bielek’s claims from approx 40 years ago not eerily relevant and familiar today?

Ross Coulthart just mentioned Group K.
