Every year, around 170,000 people go missing in the UK. There are no phone records, no NHS records, no bank records – nothing. They simply vanish without a trace! Globally, it is estimated that between 15 to 20 million people go missing each year. How do so many people disappear?
isn’t the vast majority meant to be runaways? people starting over? becoming homeless? i’ve know a few people that were missing turn up years later homeless in another city.
