After the video ends, the third light moves over the top of my car and across the street and I lose sight of it. This is the second time I’ve seen this phenomenon in the sky, 3 years apart, in the exact same location. The last time I saw them, I was on the phone trying to describe what I was looking at and the call dropped. When I tried to call back, my phone was unresponsive for about 5 minutes afterwards, all the way up until I was home and parked. Any idea what the hell I’m looking at here

Likely skydivers. They have sparklers or something attached to them. They fall with it lit, then open the chute.
They are just causally dropping off capsules to take the good ones off this rock before the nukes drop.
