My SIL just showed me this video they took in Prospect CT recently, what could this possibly be? Apparently it was thousands of feet high at least, “plane high”..?
Am stupid and this is just some super reflective bird?
It flies like a moth, but it was large and thousands of feet in the air. She said she thought it was a star before it started moving. They zoomed in with a rifle scope and said it looked pink.
The story is that my SIL saw it, work up my BIL, and they recorded it. They both say that it was very far up, no idea what it was, but it moved totally randomly then zipped away.
I don’t understand what this could be. I watched Age of Disclosure months ago so I understand the concept but I didn’t realize object like “UFOs” could move this randomly…
I also looked and it doesn’t seem to spell anything.
Honestly I have no idea what to even think right now and I’m hoping there is some easy explanation that doesn’t shatter my worldview.

Sounds genuinely anomalous according to the description they gave. Satellites aren’t pink and they don’t move randomly.
I’m not seeing plane lights either, and that would have been visible in the rifle scope.
Moonlight is very dim, it’s not a bird. Those only show up on night vision, thermals or if it was close to a bright source of light. Like the birds are flying over a city.
