Marshfield, Mass. – On March 12, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston arrested Clemilson De Souza, a Brazilian national unlawfully present in the United States, during targeted operations in Marshfield, Massachusetts.
De Souza had previously been indicted in Plymouth Superior Court on two counts of aggravated rape of a child and one count of indecent assault and battery on a child.
He remains in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
