Anyway, not sure how old this is but I can confirm this is legit, as I saw similar ones personally when I was visiting India 5000 years ago, and AI was still on its infancy back then.
Back then, most of our flying saucers, as you call them, were made by hand; that should tell you everything. Replicators came later, around 1200 BC.

I’m amazed (well, no—not amazed) that some can’t tell when a supposed work of ancient art is actually someone’s modern idea of what ancient art looks like. This looks like a cartoon illustration from the 1950s.

Those would likely be Vimana—flying ships from the Vedic scriptural texts. They’ve been equated with UFOs for a long time as even their descriptions, and the descriptions of their use evokes the UFO phenomenon.
