You’re getting scammed, you don’t know enough which makes you gullible. These people prey on innocent people trying to improve their lives. The secret is… there is no magic spell or secret button that just fixes everything.
I really doubt a random YouTube video is gonna be able to reprogram your brain with some weird download technology.
