Mobile Video of stationary/pulsing emerald green UAP near Juanda International Airport, Surabaya, Indonesia – Oct 25,2024.

Location: Surabaya, Indonesia (Approximately 10km from Juanda International Airport)

I captured this video on my mobile phone. The object I estimated to be about 3km away. I watched it for approximately 25 minutes in total, the object remained pulsing and slowly descending. I saw this with my own eyes, and it did not appear to behave like the surrounding aircraft.

    I am submitting this video from October 25, 2024, in Surabaya, Indonesia, for community analysis and feedback. I witnessed this emerald- green pulsing UAP for approximately 25 minutes while it maintained a stationary pulsing position near Juanda International Airport. I am looking for any technical explanations or similar reports from the East Java region, as the flight behaviour and colour did not match standard aviation lighting.
