    I 100% wouldn’t be surprised if someone like Reagan just trolled the fuck out of folks he didn’t like but had to tolerate. “Hey John, Aliens are real and they’re everywhere. Lolz”

    But the chances that any part of this story are true is about 0.00000001% anyway.

    I think the reason he cries himself to sleep is the same reason Matthew Brown the whistle blower said “we are living in a dream and God is real.” We are living in a sophisticated simulation and it only started at a specific point. Imagine reality started in (example) 1985. If his kids were born in 1975 finding out in 1990 reality didn’t really start until 85 then to him, even though he has he memories and feelings, none of it was “real” in the way he thought it was. He has to accept he and all other humans are nothing more than NPC’s.

    People think humanity is special because religion or whatever reason. To find out his own birth didn’t “happen” but was just implanted memories so he would play the part the simulation required would probably mess with peoples mind. I think the government knows that and doesn’t want people to know because it would cause chaos. Just like if you watch a TV show, the characters don’t know they are in a show with a history and a past but really it’s just a dvd set of the show that starts at a specific point. “God” is the thing running the simulation. That all aliens are just constructs just as the people are.

    Phillip K. Dick, the author, also has this theory which is similar.
