Anyone else notice the sky gets uneven like this right before sunrise?

    This was right before sunrise — the uneven look is ambient light pollution + early sky brightening. Shot at 85mm, 2s exposure. You can see how quickly stars start fading even before the sun is visible.

  2. What is ‘ambient light pollution’? If you are referring to light from the sun when it is less than 18 degrees below the horizon, then yes, I certainly do notice it in twilight images.
