This documentary is very interesting to me. Because it follows the principle of an average joe idea: “well he should be able to remember every detail of the s4 facility, why not build a 3D Model of it. and if he tells his account and details of the facility over and over again, i as a filmmaker could immediately catch him lie aka find inconsistencies”

At best, the Lying Lazar story is over 35 years old, for a supposed 6 month job. He only showed up in public AFTER meeting John Lear and John Lear gave the first interview with George Knapp on Las Vegas Cable TV news KLAS-8 in 1987. It is very likely John Lear used Lazar as public proxy figure.
It is irrelevant. The C.I.A. and Lockheed Skunkworks left Area-51 in 1997. Part of Skunkworks moved to Plant 42. Where the rest went is the real story.
