If the statistical axis are pretty much equal, then a combination of LH and RH CP would be expected in a signal enduring high dispersion.
If the time variant measurement shifts briefly from a distinct LP to CP polarization, this would be interesting, as dispersion would flatten both of them out over a large distance.
