The US government is in possession of “shocking evidence” that may prove the existence of alien lifeforms, including jaw-dropping satellite imagery, according to a former senior US military figure.
Speaking to the New York Post, the former Deputy Assistant of Defence Christopher Mellon claimed to have seen first hand proof of extra-terrestrial civilisations, including photos and videos of an ship that looks nothing like what “we have built”.
“We have satellite imagery of craft that sure don’t look like anything that we have built or constructed,” claimed Mellon, who was a senior figure in both President George Bush and Bill Clinton’s administrations
Mellon, who played a crucial role in ensuring the release of the infamous ‘Tic Tac UFO‘ footage in 2017, told the Post that similar footage and images exists on hard-drives yet to be seen by the public.

The release of the 2017 footage, which was made up of a series of clips showing unidentified craft moving at inexplicable speeds on US Airforce RADAR and cameras, has since been the target of conspiracy.
“There’s a significant number of videos from the same sources that were judged unclassified in 2018 — gun cameras on F18s, [Forward Looking Infrared Radar] videos — that have been withheld from the public,” he said.
“I know there are because I’ve seen some of them,” said Mellon, adding, “And there’s no rational reason that I can think of why those videos are being withheld.”

Chris Mellon, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defence Intelligence, told The New York Post that the government has many videos and photos of UFOs that may yet be released.
While Mellon could not himself explain the bizarre footage, he did admit that he didn’t think anything on the files would concretely prove the existence of or contact with alien civilisations.
Despite this, he did allege that the Department of War, the Department of National Intelligence, the National Security Agency, the Defence Intelligence Agency, the Department of Energy, and the National Nuclear Security Administration all are in possession of files that would be ‘relevant’ if released by Trump.

He fears, however, that the red tape of bureaucracy may get in the way, adding that releases like these are ‘unnatural’ for intelligence agencies.
“I have a feeling bureaucracy is going to react slowly and I don’t think they’re gonna put the best stuff out quickly, if they do at all,” he said. “Congressional vigilance is needed to ensure a thorough and effective process.”
