TRUMP’S UFO files hold shocking clues that prove we are not alone, a former US defence chief says.
Christopher Mellon says the federal government’s shocking evidence of extraterrestrial activity includes satellite imagery of aircraft that look like nothing “we have built”.

Under President Donald Trump’s order two weeks ago, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth will direct the release of “files related to” aliens and UFOs.
The president wrote on Truth Social that “all other information” connected to the “highly complex subject matter” would also be revealed.
Trump made the major announcement just days after he accused Barack Obama of revealing classified information on aliens.
The former president declared “aliens are real” on a podcast with the clip quickly going viral before hastily clarifying that he never saw any actual evidence of their existence.

The trove of information is massive and includes photos and videos, Christopher Mellon told The New York Post.
So far, Trump has not confirmed an official release date for the files.
The most compelling data in the files are satellite photos of spacecraft that “sure don’t look like anything we have built or constructed”, Mellon told the outlet.
Mellon served under presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush as US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defence for Intelligence.
In 2017, he played a key role in the release of three US military radar images of Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon, or UAPs.
And he said there are more just like those on government hard drives.
“There’s a significant number of videos from the same sources that were judged unclassified in 2018 — gun cameras on F18s, [Forward Looking Infrared Radar] videos — that have been withheld from the public,” he said.
Adding that the Department of War, the Department of National Intelligence, the National Security Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Department of Energy, and the National Nuclear Security Administration all have UFO files that would be relevant to release.
Mellon has been calling for the release of files related to the subject for years.
He previously said it’s no secret among defence bosses that UFOs exist.
“We know that UFOs exist. This is no longer an issue,” he told Fox News in a 2019 interview.
Adding: “The issue is why are they here? Where are they coming from and what is the technology behind these devices that we are observing?”
Mellon is not alone in his hopes that Trump’s files will blow the lid off top secret aliens.
Former cop-turned full-time UFO detective Gary Heseltine, 65, is keen to see the “out of this world revelations”.
But, he told The Sun: “The statement he made is significant in the sense that it came from a sitting President of the United States who was authorising the release of government UFO/UAP files.
“However, it made no mention of ‘declassifying’ files i.e., releasing everything the US government holds on the topic.”
Members of Congress should feel “empowered to pursue the release of ‘secret’ government files”, Gary added.
