No. They NEVER will because it serves them mission critical cover for many non-alien activities and conditions that the world economy and power balance rests on. They have manipulated and misdirected the public for decades and mixed facts with fantasy for so long you have to unplug from their firehose of lies and chart out your own investigation to start seeing whats going on.

There are black ops, “off-the-books” programs that exist from time-to-time. I suspect the Manhattan Project might be a good example. The problem is that whatever “the government” ever does, it will not be viewed as full disclosure even if it is.

Likely not but you never know given the distractions facing the current administration. It’s definitely a topic with the power to shift media focus for a good while especially if there’s ownership that there’s been a concerted effort to conceal the truth for close to 80 years.

Whoever stands behind black programs, technology and science, won’t allow that to be released. We will be getting so called “whistle-blowers” who will keep telling us stories but the important details will be still classified with substantial NDAs, they will share those classified details in SCIF, but we will have no details of that. The only way to get full disclosure is to dig it up with the effort of the society, remove those who are in charge, and expose the reality. And that will never happened. Because society is more interested in daily living, not too many people actually gives a single thought about NHI.

My personal opinion is that they don’t want to. They wouldn’t be able to make a full disclosure even if they wanted to. Because it’s so far outside the administrative and legal framework and they haven’t been able to exercise control over it for decades, that this matter has long since slipped out of their hands and has gone beyond them.

If anyone has direct knowledge on SAP they should just come out and say it. Saying it is the government duty to tell the people and not theirs and just hide information is not the way because clearly the government had enough time to come out and say we are not alone.
Most will be revealed some vague documents stating they found some technology from our foreign nation.

They promise transparency, build public pressure for the same government to release it, and then when the time comes, nothing happens.
The legislative has to go to war with the executive to force a release.
And then, when they release it, all of it is redacted.
And if they leave office at the end of their term, they just say, ‘Sorry, we ran out of time.’
