New Jersey is not known as a hot spot for UFOs, or UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena), and yet one of America’s top UFO sighting reporting websites has a good deal of eyewitness sightings already this year.
The website is the National UFO Reporting Center, and some of the reports in the skies over New Jersey might make the hair on the back of your neck stand up.

Some Cilling New Jersey UFO Reports From Witnesses
In 2026 alone, there have been three reports of UFO sightings in the New Jersey skies, and the lucky towns are Atlantic City, Bridgewater, and Chatham Township.

While the reports this year have been basic ( “orbs passing eastward overhead”), some earlier reports are more detailed and often unsettling.
