I was standing outside looking at the sky when I saw a white orb. i pointed it out to my dad which he saw it too.. then about 15mins later a red style orb came from the same direction, north east and I was able to take some pics .. they weren't balloons because it stood there with out moving for a good 10mins.. plus its somewhat of a windy day here in LA.. i also took a video but its really short but the pics are the best viewed ones!

Looks like a bundle of balloons.
I’m not usually quick to dismiss everything as balloons like many others around these parts.
But brother, those are balloons.
Are you saying you saw the white orb first and then the red one came along and joined it ?
I’m not doubting you , I’m just trying to find out exactly what happened.
It looks like at least 4 of them .
I’ll tell you honestly and I hate to join the crowd but it does look like ballon’s unless you can give better details.
