The original posted by u/lmpossible-Sundae-86 was extremely fast so I slowed it down to 1/4 speed twice. It looks like an upright cylinder? I'm not any sort of expert with camera stuff so don't know if it's that shape due to some correction by the sensor?

An extremely fast object was captured by u/Impossible-Sundae-86 so I slowed it down and cut out the relevant section. It was extremely fast in the original and this has been slowed to 1/4 twice.
What it most likely is, is a blinking green light. Its cylindrical appearance is due to motion blurring and compression. Impossible Sundae makes a habit of filming lights in low quality video and purporting them as UFOs.
