For context, it was about 3:00 a.m.
There was no wind, no trains or planes near me, highway had no traffic ( I checked the skybridge beside my house) and this noise was loud to the point it woke my roommate up in our basement suite
it kept going for roughly 10 minutes, fluctuating and reverberating slightly like you hear in the video
And then stopped, I heard it slightly quieter about 20 minutes later for a minute total, then it stopped completely

Oh and I’ll add, I live on the edge of my city and I could distinctly tell which direction it was coming from
(Also that fan noise you hear in the video was the usual HVAC system of my house)
