In Bhagavata Purana (Skandha 2 & 5):
Siddhaloka is described as a celestial realm.
It is inhabited by Siddhas, perfected yogis with supernatural powers.
It exists above earthly realms but below highest spiritual Vaikunth
according to my research those sidhas are aliens

Bro? Siddhas are perfected saints/sages/yogis. Not aliens.

There is a lot in the Vedas that sounds like aliens. Vimanas and their weapons sound like very advanced technology. These aliens may have been who taught the early Indian people mathematics and medicine. Algebra, trigonometry, and geometry have now been proven to be from India origins.
