In his other interviews he said “can’t talk about it” and in this interview he said it’s difficult to gain access to some of the agencies’ information. By default, on paper, as president he should be able to talk freely.
But he can’t since he’s not in control of this, and there are other groups in the government more powerful than him that govern the information related to the UAP topic. These facts alone indicate a “Deep State” which governs this information.

Not buying it, Obama. Two interesting things:
1. He took up lots of time to refute the Area 51 stories rather than qualify his statement that aliens are real, especially considering all answers he gave previously throughout the years has always been “I can neither confirm nor deny.”
2. He refuted the Area 51 conspiracy but not the alien conspiracy as a whole. Why not refute the entire conspiracy??
He’s uncomfortable lying. He chose his words carefully. There was no sense of urgency to answer. He had plenty of time to qualify his statement and instead used that time differently.

We’ve found non terrestrial organisms on the outside of the international space station for example.
Like he said the odds of us being alone are insanely low.
