Is this not two birds? I’m on mobile but I feel like I can see wings, and even the right one flapping. They look like they are cruising in the wind, but idk about the speed

Balloon, and as far as i can tell you can not know the speed its moving because you do not know how far away it is. IMO you can clearly see its a clear balloon right near the end of the video.

Whatever it is, it’s not under controlled flight – it definitely seems to be bobbing in the breeze.
Certainly looks weird, it’s a nice capture. Gives me old Halo vibes. But I’d lean towards balloon.
But, again, I’d say it’s not under controlled or even powered flight.
