Just a party balloon ppl! Nothing to see here! Airspace is closed down for 10 days all the time do to party balloons! The military neutralized said party balloon and you are all safe now!
The way he describes how there’s stuff coming out from the bottom of it reminds me of something similar I saw in my town about 13 years ago.. typical saucer shaped object just above the valley with red light kinda dripping from the bottom of it.. in broad daylight, it was a strange experience.
