We only see a small section of the electromagnetic radiation spectrum. Any advanced technology could render itself invisible using a “cloak” outside of the visible spectrum.

Yes, a large disc shap craft was at a 45 degree angle hoovering over o’hare intl airport and accidentally uncloaked for a few moments. Hundreds saw it. Pilots, credible people. Story was everywhere, then it stopped being talked about. Early 2000s i believe
