The largest migrant concentration camp in the US is in the area in which this airspace was closed. People believe they are murdering people there and there’s speculation that they closed airspace to secretly move bodies. Whether this is true or not, who knows.

Why would aliens put fucking stupid ass flashing lights on their ship? They wouldn’t. It’s been exposed as DoD drones secretly tracking and monitoring us without authorization. The current administration is just out here doing whatever they want.

If you’re talking about the blinking lights those are radio towers on the mountain range to the West.
EDIT:
There does not appear to be any wind turbines in the path of the lights. The lights seem to follow the contour of the mountains, except for that far right light.
There are 5 signal stations along the ridge with radio towers that would have FAA signal lights.
Considering modern technology, this video is not worth consideration.

I grew up in El Paso- the lights that you’re seeing are various towers in the mountains (both north and south of the border) to the west of the airport.
Lights run along the mountain ridge, cant see equipment from the cam but would assume it could range from safety to telecommunications towers.
