Milly way shot from two different locations.
Equipment: Google pixel (astro mode)
Exposure time: 4 mins, the phone stacks images automatically
Editing: pixel's built-in filter for astro
Top image: shot from Oregon coast, Bortle map scale is about 3 from the map (shot during New Moon)
Bottom image: shot from designated dark sky area with Bortle scale 2 (shot when the moon was below horizon during the New Moon phase)
Additional notes: while the Oregon coast area is shown as Bortle 3, I couldn't see the other side of the Milky way with naked eyes which makes me wonder if the OR coast is really Bortle 3..
For the bottom image: I could see the ENTIRE Milky way with naked eyes. It's the clearest so far.
