Whatever they are throwing, its not stones. Likely some kind of small explosive that ignites when struck with force. You can see the fabric its wrapped in slowly floating around as the video slows down. I used to do this sort of thing as a kid. We would throw lighters hard and they would explode when they hit concrete hard enough. Those red capgun rings would also blast when smashed. Guarantee that’s all thats happening here.
