Does this account for the unexplained manipulation of missiles and silos? Is it "reverse engineered" technology?

In January 2024 I had a psychic vision of these towers built in the US after 2013 were all some sort of super sonic electromagnetic tower for population control. I felt they had turned it on a bit in January 2024 and it was wild for sure. I reported the tower to the EPA and they painted that sucker blue to make it look like a water tower. It has tech on top of it and another satellite tower right beside it. It’s insane for sure what has been built up around the population while we all grind for the mighty dollar.
