The interviewer, David Vélez, better known as David “El Potro,” is a Colombian businessman linked to the “Buga sphere” case.
According to reports from mystery and ufology media, Vélez owns a company called Germany Company, which sells metal detectors. (He extensively demonstrates the use of an EMF meter throughout the video.)
In the media narrative of the case, David “El Potro” was the one who received the sphere after its initial discovery and then handed it over to journalist and ufologist Jaime Maussan for further analysis and study.

What kind of power would you need to warp time and space and/or travel inter-dimensionally?
Would it make sense at any time to require electromagnetic fields coming off human built power lines?
The video and images are fake, of course, but could they have seen a drone inspecting power lines?
