My brother said he saw this outside his window after he took a picture of the sunset. He was using a Samsung Galaxy s10. Here's his text to hopefully get over the 300 character limit, this is all we have literally.
"Was on a call in the office and watch the sky so I held the phone up to take a pic and it was blurred so I opened the window and held the phone outside to get a clear pic and then I took the pic so I did and it was nice but den I put the phone in my pocket and I sat down and forgot about it"

Look at the line from the sun and draw a line from the artefact to it. Deffo lens flare and mentioned already
Honestly, it depends on whether or not this was seen with the naked eyes first and thats what prompted the picture to be taken in the first place.
You’re going to hear a bunch of what it is, and not a much of what it could actually possibly be in here, just FYI. I wouldn’t let that discourage you in any sort of way.
