Would he have gone back to India? Many seem to think he would have given up on that and instead gone into Arabia. It’s fascinating to think about what could have happened.
I feel like we’re deprived of even more fascinating stories from history because of it. And of course there’s the butterfly effect of what further conquests would have done throughout time.
