This has been debunked, this guy’s TikTok went from real estate advice to paranormal content. He’s view farming. His footage has gaps in it. Ring cameras don’t record continuously. As a ring camera owner I’ve experienced this. It will give a movement alert for a package but the camera won’t record unless you have your settings to do that. Instead it records every 15 minutes or something. Lke you’ll get a recording of the front door with the package but skip the part where someone dropped it off, so it looks like it just appeared out of nowhere.
Anyways long story very long but I’ve watched this several times and even his recording start/stop times have explainable gaps.

Wasn’t this guy debunked??? Like he lived hours away, this was his rental and it took him weeks to get back to the rental and there was a dang hole on the wall or something like that. It was literally homeless guys who would walk in to potty or sleep and they’d use the hole in the clapboard behind an old dryer or something in the shed. That’s why the police who searched it didn’t see the hole in the wall, or check for other entries/exits behind the old dryer. Also because this guy lived so far away, it took him months to install a camera IN THE SHED. So yeah. Debunked. I haven’t heard any updates from him in a year or two either.
